Goldilocks day, not too windy, not too gusty, not too choppy, not too bumpy.....just nice!

Nice tracks! Good distance too!

Bonaire forecast is fizzling, but that is OK, gives me more time to get back in shape and maybe bump into objects on the beach Smile

Windsurfing is the best exercise for getting in shape...or you could go hang out with Taty at the gym! You need to make a plan and set some achievable goals. Aim for x number of km per day and start with 20 minutes non stop sailing and build from there. Wouldn't mind bumping into some of those island ladies.

Understood and agree. I would much rather sail than do gym work, which is why I got out of shape, amoung other excuses. I was thinking about this just last night - I have a 4 NM route with only four jibes which would get my distance up pretty quickly if I run that route three or four times to start with (and build from there). Then I can shift my focus to working on laydown jibes. My hope/expectation/plan is to sail at least five to seven days/week (wind permitting) for a couple of hours each day (The 7.9 Vapor/iSonic 127 is my expected kit to allow this to happen).
