Nice! . Good numbers for a 'cruise' . I suspect sailing without a footstrap in 30 knot winds was interesting - at least it would be for me.

Wind definitely went on vacation here on Bonaire - forecast is less than 10 knots for the next 7 to 10 days. Starting to look like I may be forced to do some house construction for a while - which is good as a little home improvement when there is no wind makes windy days more carefree.

Even though it was windy it was a really easy sail, total control and comfortable. Good for trying different setups. Still hit 30 without the front strap! A few more days coming up, got 4 in this week, hopefully the same next. Joneseying for a speed session though, can't wait for ARooBar to switch on.

You already have a good idea of 'what shape' .

side topic: Yesterday started on a different steroid sparing medication (cellcept) to phase off of Prednisone. Interesting to be living in a universal healthcare country (and because of my permanent resident status, to have access to it). Unlike the US where when I left Oregon I was still hassling with the health insurance to cover the medication, it was easy peasy on Bonaire to get the prescription, pick it up at the pharmacy, and walk out with no copay! Hopefully this medication will work and I can get off of Prednisone and the cramping issue.
