Yesterday  if it hadn't been such a big drive I would have packed up my toys and gone home.

 What a difference a day makes! The magic ingredient wind! Solid 20-25kts S- SSE

Didn't do a lot of sailing as I'm just not fit enough to sail powered up like that for long periods. Also  I had to manage health issues and had some problems getting the 5.7m to rig / rotate.

Decided to try my old faithful BP to day and heaps better! Diddn't get stuck in the weed as much at the start and flew upwind! I could get to the top of the run..Very powered up..I really thought I had a > 21kt aplha as I gybed one really powered up one and flew out but it must have been too wide.

The rig got ripped out of my hands going into one and everything ended up 30'away. I was worried about crawling through weed to catch it but it was a good hard sandy bottom over the other side so I could run  to catch it.. Didn't try  many gybes later as I was tired and overpowered and new Id stack them.

Missed the pb gust..all set up ready to go for it and the b fin slid out ( 1st time all day)..slid out for the whole gust.grr

Still getting used to the isonic 80 but it's a hell of a lot of fun and even with the wind getting under it as it was on the fin never misbehaved..

I'll be glad when I'm fit enough to try for a few pb's..
