Kanahooka, NSW, AU NE - 5 to 12 knots or so.
It looked pretty light so I rigged the 9.2m, with minimum downhaul. Not a good start - I was swimming after 30 seconds! It got better from there, and turned into a sweet hour on the water. Nice and calm water with not too many jellies. All by my lonesome today.
I reckon the sail had not enough downhaul - it didn't pump very well and was a bit twitchy upwind. Lots of grunt downwind though. It still amazes me how fast the foil can be in light winds. Happy days.
