Lake George, SA.

I hope this was a warm up for the big one tomorrow.

Got 3 runs and then hit by a massive rain and wind squall while on the wrong side of the Lake. No goggles and horizontal rain and spray so just had to ride it out. Managed to get back when the rain stopped but by the time I had got the Goggles, the wind had turned off to 15 knots. I stood around for 30 mins waiting for it to return but no joy.

I was just starting to get warmed up! :-(

Massive potentail here in a NW. Opposite diection to the favoured SE and sail the same places on other direction.

Water was a bit cloudy. Stirred up by the big winds I think. Lake down 15-20cm. weed still good in the same places.

Packed up and went to Beachport. Just on dark the rain and wind came back with a vengence! Hope it's not too windy tomorrow.

25-35 knots for those 3 runs.

CA40, KA Koncept 5.2m Prototype speed special. 18cm symmy fin.
