All smiles, but Im hoping ive just had my crap sail for the year. Just couldnt get it together today. Freddo and I rigged at 20kts and shot out pretty quickly....from there on though it dropped out to 15kts and I was totally underpowered. So much so, that when the breeze turned southerly I couldnt get home (ended up near the river mouth) and as a result, I did the walk of shame (a big one). Was a real struggle today.
Still, I know plenty who had to work, so no complaints and I got to sail with the FNQ Mob's MVP and all round good lookin bloke - Freddo.

2173 days ago Sailed with Billy at Holloways.....wind had lots of holes in it and was very rough.
Wind was less than expected and very southerly so was not looking at being a great session
but managed over 2 hours vertually planning for most of the session.
GPS recorded only had 80KB of the session....Gaz the go to man had a look but no go.
Maybe another sail tomorrow....see what is around.
