A nice afterrnoon sail in about 15 knots. SW and came up quite suddenly mid arvo. After we all zoomed around for about 45 mins it suddenly dropped again and we all floated back together.
I was going for a 1 hr and got about 35 mins in when I realised it was starting to die out. My half hour was a nice 20.1 Kts which included one Gybe stack and a couple of sub-planing gybes. Happy with that.
The sail was a dream to use. This confirmed that it a BIG step up from previous years. I stopped to change the mast base so I could get the position further back and that made a big difference. Not draging the foot in the water anymore.
Great to sail with Peters whole family. The boys were going well too. I need to get GPS's on them.
