Exciting day, wind cranked it on way more than forecast this afternoon, went out with 5.5/80 to for an hour, first few runs all ok, well powered, then it kicked in and became hard to gybe and even harder to stay in control, had a couple of offs in the middle and some bungled gybes but kept going for an hour then went in for a pit stop. The others were coming to change down but still it was picking up more. Went outwith smaller gear to see if I could get some runs along the edge but not enough wind in close, another pit stop to take some pics, then went out for two more runs further out, second one finished with a crash and a splash but good fun and good experience to tuck away.
