First play on the goldern lake for 2019

Very light wind, so a great day to test the new light wind weapon. CA 75 and and a very moded 42 Select weedie.

The board was great and handled the fin perfectly, a bit of drag off the back at speed and it doesnt like heavy weed. But didnt drop off the plane once. Cruised around for a bit untill the wind kicked up a notch and it was time to try Martin,s Atomic boards. A combo of Martin Love design and CarbonArt construction and a Lockwood fin for drive. Jumped onto the board and for 66.5 wide it felt liverly underfoot. Within 200m it was comfortable and I turned it off the wind for a blast through the chop to the far island. Man!!!! perfect weapon and fast. The peaks, 5x10 and Nm are all on the Atomic 66.5. Played with it for about an hr untill the body said enough (No fitness this year.YET) and put it any. Anyone interest for a demo come and see me.BUT remember your current board will just feel all wrong afterwards  As I said to Martin "If I had the cash you wouldnt get this board back"
