10-18kts NW Packem Pt Lake George, SA, AU

 7.5m GT turbo- RS4( 111ltre) - 24FF

I should know by now that the default setting for this place is wind..Undecided Did other things so I got there late at 3.30. Still decided to try for an hr while it was more sedate. I'm surprised it's so good as most of the time I seemed to be doing 18-20kts.

Probably could have used the 7m and 87ltre in some of the gusts but I wanted to hang in there with the hr. Got some fun gybe practise in more sedate conditions although my back was complaining at the end. I think my lines were a bit long and I didn't want to stop and adjust them.

Cripes that hr is almost the same as the powered up downwinder I did on the 80ltre..Surprised although I did stop briefly on that one.

Windgods must like me as when I finished the hr , spot on the hr the wind died..Laughing

Glynn , Dezza , Georgio, Chris, and heaps of others.

I was trying to find the starpost hazard again but I couldn't find it..

Hi James, I did spot you rigging your foil gear. I couldn’t come over to chat as Bear and self ( widely known as the slowest riggers on earth) faced off in a race to rig and to hit the water. .....38 minutes later, it Wes that close we had to settle for a draw.
