1890 days ago 2 categories   Lyttelton Harbour, NZ ..Tabou 108(69), Overdrive 6.2, fin Black Project 40, ..very mixed up and bumpy waves, but not as bad as Wednesday - and with that in mind I was enjoying myself some of the time.
..Was a mistake to go out a second time though, went deep-ish on a mile without realising the wind had gone well left - into that bargain I'd forgotten to switch my watch on as well - was tricky getting back, tide had turned, not enough wind on the inside and nearly got carried on to the reef. Should have quit whilst I was ahead.
