Sailed with Vando and Callan in 20 to 25 kts with the occasional sustained gusts to 30. The 6.0 was a bit of a handful when the wind got over 25, but felt great the rest of the time. 

I left my GPS at home.

Victoria Point, QLD, AU Put max downhaul and outhaul on. Significant improvement but still overpowered in the 30+ knots with the 5m.

Literally dusted off the vintage wave gear (circa mid 90’s) last used for Oswald and a had a few runs at Wello, pretty good fun but a bit of a washing machine with not too many faceslining up. Only blew a harness line and baton mount so the old gear did ok.

Bloody hell that was out of control - 4.7 old school wave sail was still too much.

Just a short session - had an off and that was enough to scare me off the water!!

Shornecliffe, QLD, AU    Couldn't get out till just before sunset, so took a chance. 18-22kts while rigging... and as I hit the water IT DIED BIGTIME to 8-12. As I was on a 47 wide board, nothing but 1 short slow run.
