Lake Weyba, QLD, AU. Had about Hr & a half on 5.8 then wind dropped out at midday. Had lunch and changed up to 7mtr which was great for another couple of hrs. Greg and Anne came out with me after lunch. More comfortable conditions today for us old folk.

Went wavesailing at Currumbin and was having a bit of a fun before getting worked and snapping a mast extension with the resulting big swim in. Never snapped an extension but I suppose better then breaking a mast. Stopped at the train on the way home, was windy when I pulled up but by the time I'd rigged the wind had dropped. Didn't have a run where I felt powered up.

Very quick sail just to clear the head after work but just too bumpy to do anything speedy.  6.3 was a handful in some of the gusts but the old board handles the conditions extremely well.
