Port Douglas, QLD, AU.Yer what can i say...Have you ever had a session that has been really 'full on' and when its over you say to yourself your lucky to have gotten away with that session.'.Well this was one of them'..Got down the beach after work Andrew was packing up said he was getting over powered on 7.2m rig..Wind was a Very solid  20kts with some big gusts coming through wasn't convinced it was gunna stay solid..Rigged no cam 7m in full crank down mode on 105 Fox 40cm fin..Was totaly maxed out in a realy rough sea did a few laps and Fox felt a bit nervous, so did a pit stop and changed down to 38cm fin.Fox ran sweet till sun down. Was a big tide running and was too rough to do and sesious down winders..Had to stay locked in and totaly focused the whole time..got spat off once way out the back and dropped a couple of gybes..Ran out of fuel a bit early as i was still a  over powered and the wind was building all arvo..My mate Rick came for a quick blast wanted to try out 107 Isonic that we got from Captian Kel a few weeks ago,He said we liked the board but we was getting over powered with 5.4m rig and he had a bit to much fin as well.. I Came in shagged but happy after a couple of hrs, thought i had gotten away with a tough session with no damage but 7m sail had another split in one of the top panels from flogging hard in a stiff breeze with to much down haul, second time this has happened to this  new sail, lucky i got plenty of sail tape.. It just doesn't have that nice new look to it any more.Kind of looks like every thing else i own..Think it was worth rigging up for..Its days like this i am glad i own a' FOX'..Cheers Ed..
