Southerly change @ Primbee with Gary. Very smoky change with lots of ash in the air, surreal being out on the water. Wind was a bit light to start with but then slowly built. Unfortunately I had to head home just as it was getting interesting and the air was starting to clear under the influence of the SE. Water depth was right on the edge for the 24cm fin, however, it felt far more trustworthy than the 18cm I used on the last southerly. The potential is definitely there for awesome speeds in 30-40kt SE at Primbee. Gun GSR 5.6, iSonic W49, UFO 24/50.
