bravo to Max, who braved tough Coyote conditions to post some decent numbers.

the strong flood and lot of north component in the wind made for a very confused and rough water state.  going deep was not an option, and keeping the hammer for ten seconds verged on dangerous.  i thought i would just try to stay upright for at least an hour for a decent time there, but as the results show, even that wasn't quite doable.

late the current slacked some and wind veered just a little to open up some flat spots – but by then i was spent

Kalmus, Cape Cod. Short session in the slapper followed by foil. Best wind was when I let a friend try foiling, and after we had derigged and enjoyed our beer on the beach.
