Mainly just wanted to test the ankle. The wind dropped off soon after starting so very short session.

Great day on the water, but very challenging like the place is literally trying to kill you, even got involuntaraly launched by a 40 knot bullet gusts 6 foot in the air and managed to pull it back, very short runs and your timing on the gust is skill and luck all mixed together.

But pretty happy as my new gear is working amazing 🤙

 garmin read 26.2 on alpha which is a PB on that board but not to be

still tuning the new 8.4 more batten tension more down haul, more extension. taking some time

1st day at George. Nice catching up with everyone again, especially the Haighs. I rigged a 6.3 Raceblade, 107 Falcon and a MUF 20 delta and really struggled to go up wind. Any pressure on the fin and it would stall. Dizzy saw me eat sh!t right in front of him. Daishy lent me his Atomic 22 delta, and it transformed the rig and board. Great session. Just happy to be here
