Coodanup, WA, AU Mission today was trying to head upwind…a work in progress. Underpowered with 6m but had fun, but tired after third day of sailing.. Windxtasy was absolutely fanging along by the time I left…

Pelican Point - Short run before wind died down - only to pick back up as I was getting ready to leave! As tide was low could have got a decent run if wind was a few knots stronger. AV68/Powermax34/SV M4 6.2

Coodanup 13 - 16 kn SSW is111 24FF, 7 Koncept

A late session at Coodanup, I headed out just as everyone else was packing up. Tide very low - too low to get into many places - lots of rays about. I may have kept going longer but thewind was dying and looked like it would go SSE.

Highlight was watching a kangaroo bound along the foreshore to Nairns as I was coming into shore.

Looks like I passed 13000km today...

Powered up foil @ Foilville.

FTY + 7.0 + 725 wing.

Pretty lit, but I was enjoying the non-stop power and flying in and out at Melville, when I ventured in slightly too far and grounded on the sandbar as I was bearing away to gybe.  Some muppet on a windsurfer stopped dead downwind of me as I was about to gybe in my usual spot, so I had to go an extra 20-30 metres to avoid him.  That was the difference between a smooth transition and a sudden stop Yell

Completely munted my foil box, but no other damage, so it could have been worse!

Apart from that it was a fun sesh.

My track...

A little too far...

Well done, Kevin, wasn't much on offer today, low wind and low water.

Congrats Anita on hitting 13K. That's a lot of joint-pounding to get to that mark!

Thanks Paul. That is an average of 1000km per year I have been in the competition, though the km per session were quite low in the early years.
