Melville, 7.3 Koncept, Mistral 112 Slalom. Nice sail, first since 21st May (was in UK for most of June). Wouldnt have wanted a bigger sail but never really overpowered. Packed up before I got too cold.

Great afternoon with lots out. Did a few long runs toward South Perth early on. Interesting how the wind direction changed slightly once i got past Majestic Point. Tad choppy in places but a good challenge. Breeze got a tad chilly towards the end too.

Sail tuning. I have been enjoying my 5.4 Koncept so much that I have been tending to use it even when there was not enough wind, so I thought I'd get a larger sail of the same model while they are still available. It took a few runs to get the settings right and the cams rotating, and after that it felt pretty cruisy, but my muscles were telling me they had done enough by then. Sailing a poorly tuned sail takes a lot of effort.

A good team turnout on a day with fairly consistent wind. It never got as strong as was forecast, and it was pretty choppy, but plenty of fun anyway.

Melville beach, WA, AU. Awesome arvo blast!! Timed it perfectly and got 90 mins of sun and wind Cool (It was still freezing!). Hour mission today, and some KM to try to back Lunny up. Hopefully I got enough on the clock. Did a couple of runs into the corner after the hour and got a couple of good squirts, but this combo has never worked for me for speed. I think it might be a combo PB though. Sweeet. Should have thrown in a mile for good measure - big fat gybe in the middle of mine today so pretty happy to have a 26 there.

Great to be back out on the water after missing last weekend. Great to see a bunch of the team down too and to catch up with Stringer who I haven't seen in ages. Melville is the place to be Cool

Good blast and not too gusty for a winter sail. Car park was full and lots out. Good to see a big turn out on a cold day.

Melville Beach, WA, AU107 Isonic, 6.6 Koncept, 38 Goldwing. Much better than yesterday windwise! Couldn't get the 6.6 to feel right, may need to get slightly softer mast. Good fun anyway!

Vince does that sail take a 430 or a 460 mast? You could try one of mine and see how it feels

Super effort Jake and Lunny! Good numbers all round - pretty close on the distance!

Really good hour for the conditions, Jake, and a super alpha too.

Welcome back, Jeff.

This is what I like to see! My first thought was "Where are we? We were on there a minute ago..." I wasn't thinking to look at the top of the table!

Gutsy effort guys.
