Great first day sailing in WA, so many people out, never seen so much kite and windsurf action in my life.

Gear felt great today really happy with it and how im sailing, feeling good.

Conditions were quite good and the atmousphere was good, cool scene.

Well done on the PB James, sails wont be far away now. The 36cm Sting 2 sounds big for the 6.2, I would leave that size for the 7.0.

Nice work in those pretty crappy, gusty conditions yesterday....welcome to Melville (known by other names too...ask Snides)...... saw you guys out but didn't find out until later you were the apple munchers! I was on the Relex 7.0 and RRD X-F.

Nice NM's in those conditions...I just couldn't find a fully powered NM.

Hope you have a great stay in WA and good luck next weekend.

beaver = safety bay

Probably going to be super crowded today (kites and ws) but my guess is by 6pm the crowds be gone, and the wind will be peaking.

Given the forecast of no wind for lanno (fingers crossed it changes), I dont see much point banging around in the ocean "training" for nothing. Today's and tomorrow's forecasts are about as good as it gets for summer speedsailing at the beaver, despite the tides being wrong.
