Foreshore Rd, Botany, NSW, AU. 20kn gusting 30 between W and WSW. Started on JP Slalom 92L/6,2m, then Isonic 107L/6.2m, then tried the 7.0m to get thorugh the holes. Great day to be out sailling with Remi, Artur, Dieter and a few others.

Another sail at Primbee, another sub-40kt session.

Although, to be fair, it was possible today. I had a couple of flat runs behind a wall of weed making a nice sea wall but just didn't line up on the right gust (or level of commitment). Detlev was on-fire doing 40 out of the harness (too bumpy!) and a 41 earlier, but he looked on the ragged edge!

Looking at GSPRealSpeed, I had 40kts for 1 second,... before adjustig for errors!

Great day... left home about 7, on the water 8:20 and had a blast with Det, Stu and Eckers until the rest of the carpark filled up. Heaps out!

Started off on the speed needle 60L Naish, 23cm MauiFins Spweedie and new (ish) TRXI 5.5.

I wore through a harness line by 10:30 so swapped up for the same fin in 90L iSonic which was too small, but the water was so low I was reluctant to use the 27cm fin, and I'm not a fan of the original Delta I Have either!. 6.3 was good, teasing 40 on a couple of runs, but also spinning out in the weed at 30+, which is not... fun.

Few catapults in the shallows, thankfully upwind after slowing down, circa 20kts. 1 stack I landed on my gopro sitting in my vest pocket, and brused a rib. All my muscles are sore, and I had to stop at the rest station at the top of bulli for a nanna nap.

Good effort DD's, not the most pleaseant of days to be in the water. Unless you care about wind!

Great distance down the runway Jules, and solid effort in lake dangerous Andrew. Looks like a short and sweet session for you.

GPSRS logged 2 entire gybes for me all day :)

Top speed was 4th run, parallel to the boat ramp! Such deepness. Cool

Also bit of a strategic NM, headed upwind as high as my baby fin could go then cranked it downwind

Congratulations Jules for the distance PB at Foreshore and beating Remi by 457m Wink

And also well done AlfaMale for giving everthing you had and more so to snag a well deserved a 5x10 PB. The sub 40 2sec seems unfair today for the effort but we know 40+ will happen next time.

Good to see you got out Sunday morning for a punchy westerly Andrew. Looks like it was a bit stop and start from your tracks. Nice spot for a Sunday though.

Nice work DD's! Looking good out there today Rod! Congrats on your PB's Rod, Jules and Berowne!

Andrew your tracks look interesting, no straight runs!

Matt, I assume Andrew couldn't sail straight cause the gusts down the gap between hills are too short lived to get planning past the gybe mark.
