Got down early but wind was no good so went home did some more work then went down later ended up having a good sail tide was a bit high for speed but not too choppy for me.

Got down late after work wind wasnt looking good very south and gusty.

Wellington Point, QLD, AU, Falcon 111, Nash Freeride 6.5 and Viper fin 34 cm. The wind was already dying, when I got out. Glynn and David got the best of it and then it died completely. I hear it is good for the nasal passages to fall into the salty water. Clears them up. And a swim is always good for you!
