kyeemagh, 20knots

JP Slalom II 94, JP 34cm slalom fin, RSRII 7.0

Quick sail at the Bay with dad & not too bumpy. Not quite enough to get wound up on the runway.

Agree about the idiots on their jetski's, too busy looking over their shoulder to see what is going on.

*Board 161, RSRII 10.7

Great sail with Bossman to the runway, should have stayed there a while longer.  Got a "little" too windy and lumpy later in the day.

Doing it all again tomorrow,

Pretty tentavive sail after having arm in sling for a few days and really sore ribs. First sail after Xmas eve hole in water crash. Was actually worried if I could sail, shoulder was OK but ribs giving me crap.

Gusty, glassy to 20 knots narrow bullets. Pretty happy to do OK. Think its gonna take awhile.

Thunderstorm killed it.

Awesome speed on formula gear guys.!!!

Falcon 111, 7.8 RS Racing, 40 fin.

6.6 Pryde RX2, Starboard 101, goldwing 36.

Struggled to get to 30 knotsatfirst. The wind had some huge holes in it, tide was super low. Water was a bit choppy early on but smoothed out with the faster runs coming from in the middle of the bay on big bear away runs. Wind died off, came in for two beers, got changed, then the wind kicked in again. A couple of guys stayed out and made it look too good to pass up. Rushed back out again, with the water nice and flat I got a 30.14 before the gps battery ran out. Ditched the gps and headed back out till the wind died again. I gotta remember to bring sticky tape next time, sailed the whole time with a couple of foot long rips in the sail. She still steered ok though!

Kyeemagh, NE 15-20 knots.

JP 65 Slalom V1, JP Slalom III G10 36, NP RS6 7.2

Day didn't quite go to plan & would have liked to join the marathon men & get out on the water a little earlier.Wink

First time really getting the new stick lit up properly. Gunna take some getting use too in the chop,(she's a tad wide and likes to grab on the edges) but still a hell of a speed machine. Came together more at the end of the session, but had to pull up stumps early for another festive diner party. Might need to chase down some smooth water. Apparently next to the run ways good?!Tongue out

Tim,

I sailed with Rick from Ramsgate.  We saw you out just before we hit the water, but when we got to the runway you had gone in to change gear.  I will have to grow another testicle if I am to stay with Rick on days like today.
