Great session again. Bit less wind as the session from yesterday, but the course was great again. Physically I was in bad shape. Everything hurted. That's why I used the 4.6. Once I was on the water it was okay, but the last few runs were useless. I just didn't have the power in my body anymore.$0 Big respect to Jacques and Hans, who sailed an hour in pretty epic conditions with 6.2. Jacques even managed to pull off a speed session in the afternoon.

This is my number ten average 71+ km/h session in my life!$0

Rene made it really hard today for me. In the beginning he was much faster (about 5km/h difference), later with some better tuning and SL-S 430 I got a few nice gusts and better speed.

Hope to find tomorrow some 20kn gusts.
