4675 days ago Woke up all excited this morning and got to the lake to find a light westerly, DOI!!
Rigged up my 7.6 and wacked it on my 101 isonic. Hit the water and someone turned the switch to on becuase it went EPIC. Im talking 40 knot gusts on my 7.6. For the next halfanhour as u can imagine i was struggling.
Then came in to rig my 5.5 but realised i left the boom at home so went for the 6.6 with the isonic 86, still overpowered to the shit house but in saying that i had a blast.
And then the wind went and i sat on the other side of the lake for about 20 minutes shouting at the nice calm blue sky to "wind, i want some f%^king wind so i can get back"
And all this was in about 2 hrs of power
ps: i think 1 of the news stations was filming me from the chooper. fingers crossed. If you see a bright yellow trimmed maii tr3 getting worked, thatd be me
