Nice sail on the newish board. First post as a Southsider again!

Melville, Futura 122, 7.8m Lightning, 44cm Canefire

Short sharp sail after watching a few of the crew having a crack. A few nice long runs up towards Pt Walter before someone turned off the wind.  Good to see Cheryl back, and well done to CJ for more PB's.

6.5T4 & 94 lt Cross.

Fun but challenging sail in really up & down wind. The water is also colder than it was last week

Futura 111, Lightning 6.4, 32 Weedie - Excuses excuses, it was cold, it was gutsy, it was dropping off, it was morning and the coffee wasn't working yet!!  Moved the back straps aft a notch during the week and the trusty 111 felt a bit foreign. Finally got it feeling right for the last run with the 2 sec peak, then the patchy wind and the cold got the better of me.

Exocet Cross 104L & 94L with 7.0M T-bird

Used the Vector 38 on the 104 & the Vector EX34 & 32 LE weedy on the 94

The weedy went upwind better but the EX gave better lift.

Was good early & then the wind slowly died with the odd gust
