First day on the water at Sandy Point. North westerly wind very up and down, lowish tide but then the wind dropped out a bit so i borrowed at bigger board. Still a good sail. Forecast for Saturday looging good to hopefully chase down some PB's.
6.6m Koncept, F2 missile, Ka23 Sym. Also a 122lt Falcon (Thanks Johnny)

F2 SX Small, Talon 34cm, Stealth 5.8.
Got down to the inlet just as the tide was dropping and the wind was ballistic from the NW. I rigged the 5.8 but at the time i thought it would be too big but went with it because everyone else was on the same. Wind dropped a far bit when we were out there so wasnt really powered up. Should have used the 6.4 but had great fun on the 5.8 as i havent sailed in a while. 27 degrees and the water was just nice so it was a great day out all round and it will only get better from here in. The slingshot is prepared and ready for take off :)

4468 days ago Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU......Well we had plenty to contend with.....shoulder tearing gusts and then total lulls and wind direction changes. Wouldn't have missed it for quids. 6.6m Loft 02 and 116 l Screamer.

4468 days ago Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU ......Yesty and today I have been back on the old 120l Fatboy, but I have to admit to it feeling a bit difficult. ...Also today I thought I would try out my 6.5m Gun Booster which has been gathering dust and probably will continue to do just that. Wind was a bit more erratic that usual but a good challenge. LG.....Lifes Good!!! (but a bit of room for improvement)
