Bit better than yesterday, with decent wind for the 101 to come out.  Good to see Scott on the beach (I give him a week before he comes up with a waterproof foot bandage). Good to see so many out and about.

Beautiful out there today, although somewhat gusty.  Great to chat to Colin and Chris over a beer afterwards.

Strange day...wind up and down and huge holes out in the river...it didn't really fill in until after 5:30 when I had de-rigged.

Nice to get out though...a few of the team out + Scotty on the beach giving moral support

6M T4 & 94Lt Exocet Cross

Nice day out in Safety Bay - took a while for the wind to kick in

Once it did it was great fun. Really novel dodging the kiters

Exocet Cross 94L with 6.6 T-bird & 32cm LE Weedy.

Barely planing for the first hour then grabbed the RRD Firestorm 120, the 32 weedy was a bit small but once planing not bad.

The wind finally kicked in so I jumped back on the Cross, nice runs across the bay in big swell & chop.

Best club day to date first one with wind ever
