starboardsailor (32798km): Burrum Heads JP Slalom 59 Blade 6.3 Select SL7 31cm Fourth consecutive day at Burrum this time on the northern run, straight run out and back from boat ramp (nice & easy),0.6 low tide meant quite alot of the bank was exposed giving us a big area to play in. Getting used to the small board now so today tried hard for an alpha pb,absolutely gutted that i was nowhere it some felt pretty good.Oh well practice makes perfect, and watching Geoff pull off some superb gybes will only spur me on. Ray thanks for the dress Theresa loves it.

Geoff Ringe (46356km): Burrum Heads, QLD, AU, JP 59 V111, NP RSS 6.2, SELECT S12 31 CM, Great sail again today on the northern run, four days in a row now time for a rest day. good to see Darryl and Ray sailing so good well done guys. | ||||||||||||||||||
AndySails (33667km): Urangan, QLD, AU Very quick sail after work with Barbie... Gusty as, so Barbie went back in and decided not to post. I had a play on the BP 34cm weedie which felt a little small for the 76 wide board and 7m sail. Went back and put on the BP 40cm slalom fin and and off I went but it was still cr*p conditions.... Let me explain it this way, Alpha-Man was crashing his alphas and even Master Wongi was chugging on the holes in the gusts. Still very nice to be back on the water after a long break, should be right for some "serious" sailing tomorrow. |
