Sailed MArk.Js Speed Strip with 8m and Falcon 99. Underpowered. Excess sand filling in on the bank is turning it into a tight run, almost slightly upwind in spots.........needs a good flush out with some rain. PAcked up, only got 27kn as was only just planning.

Went to Mark.J's on the hastings. 7.3m + Falcon 99. Run out tide and knee high rolling chop.  I only did about 7ks, up to the green marker, a couple of runs around it and back and I was farked. I dont have the stamina for lots of short runs in knee high chop with heaps of gybes. How greg and mark can sail this for so long and gybe like pros through it amazes me. They are slalom match fit masters, and clearly I am not. I can sail for 3-4hrs at queens with the odd stop for water and a rest, but I can only do 45mins on the hAstings - I am going to gym to get fit damn it.

Off for a wave sail at MRock now. 3 sails at three diff spots on xmas eve - how good is it this year?

Aquatic club Toukley, NSW, AU Sweet sail. Gusty N/E upto 25 tops Matty, Johnny, Pugs, Pete all flyin and Mike Osborne was out smashin it on a 97/98 270 sputty and around the sasme model vx3 sail and he was hookin.  6.6 Koncept 92 jp slalom 26 Finworks weedy

Booti Booti Point, NSW, AU. Much better day for a true Noreaster.Same as yesterday.Warm and sunny, low tide in the arvo.More wind out back as usual.Hard to link up a good gust on the inside though.Stayed out a bit longer to make the most of this great Xmas wind.

Wanted to use the old 262 f2 Axis later with a 4.7, but didn't get there. Was having too much fun, and anycase the wind started to ease back a bit  later too.Good crowd on water today. Pete must have gotten a PB on his distance or 1Hour today. He was out for such a long time looking fast!

SL79,Vector 27 weedy, Vapor 5.5 Wind NE 15-22k inside and 25k out back.

Booti Booti, NSW, AU. A great sail on 5.5 GTX and carbon art 93L. Wind a bit light on inshore, so the speedy strip was not really doing it, although out the back was great bump and jump and a steadier wind. 20-25kts NE and good fun with friends on the water.

Good sail, Isonic 122, North 7.0 IQ, and my 96kg.....yes Mick I have lost some weight! lol From where I don't know!

Great to see everyone, probably could have done with a smaller sail but it was twisting off well.

Hopefully some more time on the water in the next few days!
