iS97, 7.0RBlade, 37 KA Sl - Lammermoor Beach ESE 15 - 22kn

Damn SD card didn't log session so saved to card and everything seems okay. Water still very dark brown with flood water and thankfully didn't hit any debris although coming into beach missed a pretty big log (which I relocated above the high water mark).  Tried two Nms but  wind and water didn't make for great conditions (looks like I pulled up short too ).  Anyway always happy to get 30+ so all good.

That was fun! Few runs in front of the point and a few nice gybes, gear was feeling good so I joined in for a couple of races. Crap start both times as I was just waiting until everyone with timers went, but it's just for fun anyway. First race (2nd heat) I came in 10th out of 16 or 18 or something but I didn't make it upwind to the outside mark on the second lap so really a DNF. Next race I couldn't get going to make it upwind to the start so came in and got the 107. Last race was carnage on the outside mark first lap, nearly ran someone over in the water. I held on to come in 7th but apparently 4 of the 6 in front of me jumped the start so if it wasn't just for fun I would have got 3rd
