I was going to go home as it didn't look all that good. Saw Scott & others going, so why not.

Glad I did, was an enjoyable sail.

RRD Firestorm 120L with 7.5M T-bird & various fins, settled on the MFC 40 in the end.

The set-up felt sluggish all day & I couldn't identify the problem

The last 15 minutes of the day I had a go on the RRD 7.0M Firewing demo from 2nd wind.

All my best numbers were in that 15 minutes except for the hour

That sail transformed the board & was so stable at full power

Gybed like a dream as well

6.5M T4 & 94 lt Cross FWW - Great Call

Had a really comfortable sail & almost caught some crabs for dinner

Nice way to finish the weekend

7.8m Lightning, 114 Xfire, 40 CF

Strange day with some wild swings here and there.

Good to get some sailing, as the day before was attrocious and I seem to have wiped the results (17kts) which were rubbish anyway.

Futura 93, Firewing 7.0 & 28 Vector SLW - A very gusy day, should of been on the 111 but wanted to try the Firewing on the 93. It worked great!  But isn't there a GPSTC rule that prohibits persons going faster than the person they borrowed gear from?!

Another great day of sailing at Liptons. Even caught myself a crab beforehand!!

Fastest speed was on Snides' Mistral.
