Trial Bay, NSW, AU  Well that was intersting. Solid nor-east up to 20 knots, head high waves and the Worlds shortest session. Basically took off from the beach, jumped a few small waves then hit one of the big sets doing 20 knots. Went airborne big time, easy 10 ft, landed a bit shitty, re-started and gybed on the next solid set. About then the mast seperated from the board Hmmm, that doesn't seem normal.. Anyway, lovely 800 meter swim in with sail laying across the board and trying not to think of sharks- awesome fun...  101 RRD FSW, 5.8 Kult.

Hoping tomorrow at Queens is a little more succesful.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU Quite a few of the Budgie Crew out today and wind was cranking when I was rigging but soon died, spewin!! Pete was kind enough to find the Hard wood sleeper (2.4 long 150x75) and at pace. Pete was smashed over the front snapping his harness line. I grabbed a marker which Pete left out when he was looking for that sleeper in his canoe earlier in the week. It is now marked and Pete is going to tow it to shore asap. 6.6 Koncept 92 Jp slalom 18 Delta.

GOIN OFF FROTH!!! WATCHING YOU TODAY AND YOU'D SWEAR YOU HAD BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS. GOOD SHIT!!! CONGRATS ON THE PBS!!

Go Marauders!!

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

Isonic 122, 6.6 Gaastra M6, MP CK95 mast, 21 MUF delta and my trusty old and bent North boom.

Nice sail after work, maybe a 7m might have helped a bit more, all the usual misfits were out (I fit right in!) and great to see them as well.

Dave don't worry you'll get your 30 mate, won't be long. At least you had a couple of PBs to end the day, good work mate.

Mick, you were right, I wasn't far behind you in the end.

Great stuff Frothie! Boy your going well! This mentorship thing is working well!

How strong was it? It was 20-30kts on Lake Macquarie.

Sounds creepy Phil. Did you work out what happened? That happened to me onec ( only a chop hop) but it was my fault as I hadn't clicked it together properly - it looked ok though on the beach.

Can't be too many sharks up there if you survived..Wink or maybe they are well fed.
