Wellington Point, QLD, AU

Sailed with Martin today. He was cranken on his big board. MK came down later when there was some water. Seems he is not into sailing in shallow waterTongue out.

Really happy with the gear today. Only got two good runs in. Spent most of my time sorting my gear out. Need a bit more mucking around and it will go even better. I started off with everything in the wrong place.

These fins are the wicked!!! I cant believe I went that quick on a 68wide board in that chop.

Misteral 112, Reflex 4 6.2, Clockwood CL2 32.

Remo,

The Mistrals are great boards. I love my new 137. I've used it with a 7.0 and 37 fin in the Waterloo bay chop in 20+ NE and it feels great. Still working on the speed - only +28kts so far. Its my technique rather than the board.

I can't wait until my 112 arrives in November.

John, first time I have used that setup. Still much more tuning to do. I recomend putting in an order for some Clockwoods too. Its the only thing I have changed in my setup and it has made a big differance. Lockwood should put one of the Australian made logos on them, would look cool.
