Retired Bogan (6747km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU Havent seen as many down for a long while, usual regulars and new faces. Was very inconsistent early but filled in later in the afternoon. Wind was swinging 10-20 SE-S-SW so it was like a washing machine at times. 6.5Severne NCX on Exorcet 58.

Trousers (14352km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU Tabou 100l, GP2 6.0 & select 35cm. My fave combo, sailed it all day on a wind that ranged from nicely powered to right at the minimum of it's range. Like Geoff says, plenty of sailors down Bog, including some enthusiastic learners - good to see the sport thriving. Saw some guy throwing impressive freestyle tricks...clearly no beginner! Grats on the distance PB Geoff, definitely worth squeezing out those last few runs!

Jimbob (26496km): LG quick blast after work again. S lucky to get to 20 at times pretty average. JP 54 slalom, 25 vector weedy, 4.9 loft blade. was walking out on noticed that gary had a 6.6 and was laughung at me then glynn on a 6.3 and roh 6.2. mmm maybe not the best day to test and setup a 70 litre slalom board, hopped on struggled a bit then away a fair few stops setting up straps and boom height excetra and then just got some water time blasting along with sammy. the little blade was great again. good to catch up to red again and meet Roh just hope van survives the rocking.... need a better day for this board but looks like needing the same sort of wind as my missile time will tell. | ||||||||||||||||||
X (4599km): What happened to summer it was cold at boggy. Just fooling around on the inside so no great speeds and it was all abit inconsistent untill it kicked in around 4.30pm Simmer Style Freemove 120, S4Y 7.5 freedom, Techart slalom 38

Jack Bogan (3705km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU Exocet SCross 106l Loft 6.3 Racing Blade 35mm Black Project. New fin working well, but board just doesn't like the chop, but still had fun which is the most important thing. |
