GT8.1, FireMove130, MFC42. Melville. Earlyish session before (and as) the wind came in. Got a PB for my "big gear" setup. There was some nice smooth water out the back early on, just as the first of the wind was arriving.

Melville Beach, WA, AU

RRd Firestorm 101L with 7.0M T-bird & 30 Vector Weedy

Lasted about 4 runs on the 7.0 then grabbed the 6.5M T-bird.

Had a few runs on that fully lit when a panel blew out Yell

Rigged the 6.0M T-bird & settled with that for the duration.

Still nicely powered up and doing heaps of gybing.

Should have done some downwinders, could have got a PB for sure as my top speed was across the wind.

6.2 Reflex 7; X-F 90; Vector Delta 27...Melville after work....somebody has to keep the country running!

Arrived too late as the breeze was dropping out....couldn't find any real bullets....probably could have been on the 7.0...but the 6.2 is nice. Yet again a one gybe NM. All in all good to get out after work.

Melville Beach, WA, AU 98XF with 27 VSW & 6.4 Lightning and 5.8m Lightning

Too much traffic and too little water to really feel confident to head downwind. 6m OD would have done the trick. Great day. except for the two injuries. Trust Michael and Annika recover soon.

I am so looking forward to 2017 that I did not want to die before it arrived, so I watched for most of the day EmbarassedSmile

Nice to see some good wind - wish it had been forecast to be that strong, but.

After a day of minor accidents, please, be careful everyone - speed is not worth injury to you or someone elseSurprised
