Sailquik (29582km):  5 categories      Sandy Pt. Vic. A strong WNW to Westerly today. Waaay too braod for the speed bank so I went up the Yanakie channel in search of a speed run. Unfortunately the wind was too west for that and the bank was square. Could have done some runs out into the chop but didnt feel much like crashing today so only very short bursts. Wind was very gusty of course on this wind direction. 20-30+ knots. Went on the small JP slalom 54 (70L) and was reminded again how well it handles chop at speed.
