Gusty Northerly at the local with Phil. Started off a bit off and on, but filled in until I was getting tailwalks at the end. Very strange sea vs wind direction making it hard to bear away. Water was crystal clear and warm. CA SL70, Ezzy 7.5 Lion, Talon 42.

Fun little arvo session up at Tinaroo with the Mtn Men - Ian and Jimmy. Typical Tinaroo delights - on / off, lightish ....maybe peaked at 12 knts at times but great to be out and catch up with these two reprebates....although hightly educated reprebates at that !!!!

Lacked a bit of fin today on the Tank. B2 kindly left his BP475 out for the garbage run today and I just happened to be passing his way, and try as I might at times I just couldnt pump up onto the plane in the marginal conditions. It wasnt until the gust's came through that I could just get her going and was able to hold her on the plane untill the next lull. Fun arvo out. 

With Fred lunching with The Flying Dutchman - Hi Hans, Herb away,  travelling no doubt, I did think it was going to be just me, so very pleased to see the lads on the waters edge.

Hamilton Island, QLD, AU not as windy as yesterday went out in the passage looking for more wind to get a good NM run but was rough out there

Gusty sail with a few dredging moments, first sail in a while mostly on the hawk111, but cracked out the naish 95 sp with kestrel 20cm fin to try out and was pretty happy with the result. Def needs more wind but held well in the chop for a 20. KA koncept 6.6.
