Port Douglas, QLD, AU

Funnest session ive had in Latte Land with Ed, Rick and Andrew. The rain finally disapeared and the sun and breeze shone and blew all afternoon. Started of at 15ish, then by the time i decided to pull up stumps it was 20 plus Surprised. Loved it whilst the tide was out and the breeze hadnt chewed up the ocean, but as she came in hard, the waters just went to the ugly side. Rough as guts and the thought of being in damage control didnt thrill me Frown.

Didnt head out wide as per usual. Just stayed inside the headland and really enjoyed myself. The water temp was frikn awesome, gybes wernt great but were a pretty good resemblance and the company was great.

Used: WTSB 72, 7.8 ODM2, 43 Windtech.

Port Douglas, QLD, AU. My good friend Billy came up to play for  the arvo on the Port Douglas drag strip..He picked a good day to run his 'hot rod' as tide was out and  water was flatter than usual..My outher mate Rick was keen for a blast as well..My' wing man' Andrew came out for a sail as well but he had to wait till school finished before he could hit the water..So he missed out on the flat water blasting,As tide was coming in hard, wind picked up to over 20kts out  wide..And it had turned into a big kids session..The boys had a good time  Billy was doing some good speed runs off the wind  and seemed happy and i think he was the fastest kid on the water.. Rick was practicing his gybes think he nailed almost every one and i couldn't catch him at times when his Isonic has fully lit up..Andrew was going hard on big Fox with 6.6m rig and eating up some angary chop..  As far as my session went i was happy playing out in the big pool on 105 Fox with no cam 7m.. The sesond half was the best for me totaly maxed out with 7m in full lock down mode and a choppy sea from fast in coming tide thats what makes the Fox happy and is just great fun..guess it was worth rigging up for..And great fun to see the boys in action..Cheers Ed..
