Holloways Beach, QLD, AU  Short little arvo solo sesh off the mudpit on Cairns Ironman Day!

Traffic wasn't too bad at all in transit, but I could see some tired bodies braving it out on the bikes on the way in to the run!... 

Wind direction very S again - ended up being lighter and more patchy than yesterday, so there was some dredging involved at times.  Perhaps, in hindsight, should have launched off Machans as the wind looked to be better over there which is usually the case when the wind stays Southerly...

Used the KA 8.7 colourful sail today with the skinny mast & Duotone XT ratchet extension- was an absolute breeze to rig up, very simple & effortless.  The KA sail went well in the light conditions clicked into the Jag 125 with Venom 48.

All good fun in the sun again- gotta love our FNQ Winters! 

The pool lights have now been changed to Maroon!
