Good strong South Easter with a (high ish) low tide at 2pm. Wind building from 22kts to 25kts plus in the mid afternoon. Good conditions out back, but with the rolling waves and building wind, turned into washing machine. Good fun though on the slalom kit considering the conditions. Ben joined me later in the mix and cracked a really nice 33kts top speed and 30kts Naughtie. A few more PBS all round to add to the quiver. Good luck to the late afternoon shift. Epic ESE session. Got Rols new GPS on and inspired me to go for a 2nd NM run to chase a flat 30. Punched it downwind from the markers for 2x NM runs. First was a 29.2 and second improved a knot to make the 30 milestone.

So windy the swell out the back up wind was breaking white water. Was an amazing day.

Yes well i destroyed my dodgy boom, failed so badly couldn't even flip it to get back in so a swim from the last marker, wasn't sure I was going to make King Island for a bit. Otherwise really cranked in and fully lit, could have been on the 4.7.
