Port Douglas. HoNking! Could hardly control the 4.7 wave sail. Wild out the back. Nice gybing on the wave faces. Lot's of airtime. LI ESE 25kts G30kts

Laguna Bay, Naxos, Greece

Ferries back running so hopped over to the next scheduled Island and settled in before ducking out for an hour. Super windy again 30~35kn. Used a 95lt RRD waveboard with 5m NP Combat. Wind direction was the wrong angle for the small bay & very gusty so just did short little runs. Hire gear was ok but nowhere near the standard of Pounda Beach in Paros. Still very nice to have staff bring the gear out and treat you like a king. There were lots of different levels of experience sailing in the bay (some which probably shouldn't have been trying today) and a few hardcore wave sailors sending it on the outside of the reef. This might be my last sail, with a week to go in Greece, but you never know. Now time to do some more sightseeing. "Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"
