57 days ago 2 categories   A Foil sesh in a quite "hairy" wobbly Westerly wind. W/SW at 12 to 15kts and up to 18kts at times for brief intervals. Had more sail size than I needed for most of this session, as could not really lock in to the harness to get good speed, but did quite well considering the close wave fronts. Forearms truly got a work out for this hour, and were getting sore towards the end as spent very little time in the harness lines. So hang on for the gusts.
Quite enjoyed this session, as completed most of my gybes bae two, putting on a few xtra skills into my skill set for this sesh. Ready for Redcliffe..

Sunny conditions and water was warm despite the cold condition without any weed.
