A wobbly Westerly which held in fairly consistent from around noon until 2:30pm, then dropped out.

It was a case of "hang on Hoolahan" while the gusts blew in, and then have a rest at the sandbank, to catch one's breath. Very lumpy waves near the sandbank; difficult to turn. Better flat water down the far Southern end of the bay, provided one could get there before the wind dropped out before.

Out with Clive and a handful of other windsurfers, a couple of Dings, and a few kites later in the afternoon.

Quite enjoyed this sail despite the on and off conditions.
