dr cam (42450km):  6 categories       Clifton Beach FNQ . Wind SSE ~ 20 knots .Big seas. Quick sail off the Beach Around lunchtime today . Solid wind but water state was horrendous. Made it out to double island & had a couple of 33+ knot runs down the Southern Reef Margin with some lovely flattish patches between the breaking waves . Called it quits before I collided with a turtle -there were lots out today & its a big swim back to the mainland ..!! Used Manta 98 RSR E 11 7.0 Tectonics Phoenix . Fin was letting go a lot today pushing deep off the wind . Fun but sailing fitness so bad this year . | ||||||||||||||||||
