Shane (15817km): 15 days ago Light NEaster behind the sandbank 8 to 12 knots. Tide falling fast. Very light at first, but perked up for half an hour to get a few good runs. Removed a large log which was dragged back into the water by school kids. School is now finished for 2024, so the kids are out and the fem-hens are gathering in their hordes.
