A great high tide foil in 20 kts and medium to large bumps. The swell got cleaner on the ebbing tide. There were some great rollercoasters out the back.

Nice day on the water with the wind all over the place, up down and heaps of direction shifts. Cranked in about 2pm and the ramps also got better.
