Princess Royal Harbour, WA, AU.  That was hectic.  Spent the day at the hospital with the old man with various OT, Physio, speech therapy, doctors..all looking very positive but lots and lots of waiting.   Wind was cranking so left the old man to wait and headed to Shoal bay.  Didin't look at the beacons which was a mistake so rigged 5.7.  The old man rang and said he was discharged which was a bonus.    Probably the most epic conditions sailed Shoal bay with chop approaching 1m in places.  Was well overpowered and engaged chicken mode and poo stance multiple times.  Did a few laps and decided probably gonna hurt myself so decided to go try Lilacs.   That look much more inviting and wind still cranking so rigged same gear but bigger board.  Launched and wind seemed to drop right off, barely got planing, was gusty as...tried to gybe in zero wind, dropped, found out could touch bottom and not enough wind to water start...eventually got up, chug fest back to beach, walk of shame..decided it would be better to go get a curry with the olf man to celebrate.  iSonic 86, KAR5.7, TWS29
