Green Island FNQ .Odd forecast .Rain /E to ENE 12-24 knots with a crazy confused chop ...Hard work ...!!!

Used RRD X fire 108 Evo 13 8.2 tribal SW 33 .

Rigged big as the wind was 12-14 when I arrived so took a chance .

After an hour or so it really kicked in -gusting to 24 knots ...

Arms went to jelly when the wind picked up confirming that  2 sailboarding sessions in 6 months  is definitely not an adequate way to maintain sailing fitness ....

Always  good to get wet/get a reminder to do some strength training on top of the daily walking /swimming to remain competitive in this great sport ...
