Leschenault, WA, AU. Forgot my harness, so made do with my wing harness instead. Not good. Overdone on the 6.3 and not comfortable at all so called it quits early. Sailing with Tom, well done with you’re pbs mate

Coodanup, WA, AU. Was heading to Boombas but word was put out that it was chop city so diverted to Coods.  Offshore, relatively flat but gusty.   Ominous squall came through, mistimed it and was way downwind when it hit.  Wouldn't have been able to ride it anyway as needed 1-2m sail. Engaged super chicken mode and sat the squall out.  After that wind died off with the odd gust so called it.  Left the keen ones out standing around waiting for the gusts.  iSonic97, KAR5.7, TWS29

After a failed session at Boombas, me, Ant and Boz headed over to Coodanup for a tiring session in an offshore gusty wind. Explored the pond for a while and got knackered pretty quickly from all the stop/start action. Good fun and hopefully will be nicer there tomorrow on a SW'str.

Recovering from covid so not much gas in the tank. Got there to see the wind drop out but rigged with expectation of it coming back since it was still windy everywhere else. Big board to float around. Red arrows on seabreeze when I hit the water, but there were a few small puffs here and there for some on/off planing action. Time was running out with looming kid pickup time, and the wind booted in. A bit too much actually, getting over 30kts so was pretty heavy for my arms. One crazy downwinder started getting too hectic overpowered so I unhooked for safety. Shortly after the front of the board loaded up into a chop as a gust hit and I almost went over the front at full speed.... barely pulled it in. Time ran out about then so downwind legs where I got my fastest run in full poostance mode. Good fun. Hope next time I've got a bit more gas in the tank...
